In the absence of a specific written agreement, the following general terms apply: payment is due as invoiced, work begins upon receipt of any agreed deposit, andMalos Tech retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
